RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping on ShopNightOwl.com

At NightOwl LLC/ShopNightOwl.com, we have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

Pop-up Shop and Craft Fair purchases: 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us at hello@shopnightowl.com within 3 days from the date of purchase to request a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions.

Online purchases made through ShopNightOwl.com can be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the delivered date.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items CANNOT be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as custom/special orders, or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and face masks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on sale items, personalized or customized items, or gift cards which means there will be NO refunds issued.

 

Online Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel the order, please contact us at hello@shopnightowl.com and provide your order number and state the reason.

  • For orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.

  • For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.

  • We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has been shipped. Please apply for a return authorization number within 3 days of the delivery date.

  • Generally, you will receive a refund up to 15 business days depending on your banking method. If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email at hello@shopnightowl.com.

Online Return/Exchange Process

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • All return/exchanged items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and there will be no refund.

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

  • Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.

  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.

  • A return authorization number (RA#) is required for all return/exchange items.

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives for the exchange/return request at hello@shopnightowl.com

State your order number and reason for return.

They will respond with your return authorization number (RA#) and a return address.

Step 2: Once you receive your email with the return authorization number (RA#), our customer service representatives will include the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. 

Step 3: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund up to 15 business days depending on your banking method. If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email at hello@shopnightowl.com.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at hello@shopnightowl.com with photos and/or video showing the item so we can promptly make it right.
